WPML is plugin to make any WordPress website multilingual, by providing translation features to components like posts and post types, categories and taxonomy terms as well as menus, and even dynamic texts.
A distant relationship into a partnership
Ajax Search Pro as well as Ajax Search Lite supported WPML for years now. We improved the compatibility between the plugins based on customer feedback and code review only. Now this compatibility is officially confirmed by WPML as well.
The WPML team had been kind enough to offer partnership, so we can discuss possible issues and further improvements more closely. This opens up the gate for further improvements and possible new features.
We are looking forward to what comes next, hopefully this will positively benefit both WPML and Ajax Search Pro on the long run!
