General Policy (after 7 days of purchase)
Don’t worry, each refund request is still evaluated after 7 days of purchase. We will ask you to open a support ticket to see if we can help you out first.
In case of issues we can’t fix, we will definitely approve your refund.
Cases, when you are also eligible for refunds
- If you have not downloaded the plugin ever
- If you asked for support, but it was not given to you (however this never happened before)
- There is a security vulnerability in the plugin, which we are not able to fix (this never happened either)
