Search Statistics to the next level
Prior to 4.28.0 the search statistics interface was only a very basic outline for the recorded search phrases as no other information was collected. With the new update this changes, as from now more details are saved, such as the refferer page, user ID, search ID, number of results, the actual result, interactions and many many more.
This also means a brand new user fiendly reactive interface with realtime graphs, filters and many more. This is going to be expanded to the whole plugin in the future. This UI marks a major milestone, giving you a much more digestable way to configure the search in general.
Lightbox for Media Images
It has been asked for many times, so it is finally here. Image results from the media library can be presented in a Lightbox instead of redirecting to them directly. It is a nice way make a picture search and to showcase them in one place. Check out the Lightbox example to see it in action.
Divi 5 Loops Search and Filter
To the already big list of integrations comes the versatile Divi 5 Loop Builder block, which is a very popular and almost exclusive solution for Divi users. In version 4.28.0 and forward you can live search and filter the Loop block with ease.
Turning off redirection to the results
Smaller, but equally important feature is an option to turn off the results redirection. Some users only needed the live search results list to present items without having them to redirect anywhere. With this new option this is now possible out of the box, without using custom code.
