Ajax Search Pro for WordPress – Software License Agreement
(Valid for all license tiers: Single, Multi and Agency)

This is a legal agreement between you (the “Licensee”) and Web Continental ltd. (the “Licensor”).

Grant of License

Upon purchase of a valid license and payment of the applicable fee, Licensor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to:

Install and activate the Ajax Search Pro plugin on the number of websites permitted by your purchased license tier (1, 3, 5, 10, 50, 100, 200 and as many as you have purchased additionally).
Use the plugin on websites you own yourself OR on websites owned by your clients as part of your professional web-development, design, or agency services.
Keep the plugin active on client websites after project handover. Your clients do not need to purchase their own license as long as the original license was purchased and activated by you.

What You May NOT Do (Prohibited Actions)

You may not, and you may not permit others to:

Sell, resell, rent, lease, or redistribute the plugin files (.zip) or your license key to any third party.
Share, give away, or transfer your license key or plugin download link so that others can install or update the plugin independently.
Include the plugin in any theme, template, starter site, or product that you sell or distribute on marketplaces (Envato, etc.) without a separate written agreement.
Claim the plugin is open-source or release any part of it under GPL or any other open-source license.
Remove or alter copyright notices, license checks, or author credits in the plugin files.

Ownership & Proprietary Rights

The plugin (including all PHP, JavaScript, CSS, images, and documentation) is proprietary software owned exclusively by the Licensor. You are granted a license to use it — you do not own it and you receive no rights to the source code other than the limited usage rights described above.

Updates & Support

License includes free updates and ticket/email support for the duration specified at purchase. After expiration you may continue using the last version you downloaded, but you will no longer receive updates or support unless the license is renewed.

Activation & License Key

The plugin may require periodic online validation. You agree to keep your license key confidential. Sharing or leaking the key with public will result in immediate revocation without refund.

Termination

If you violate this Agreement, Licensor may terminate your license immediately. Upon termination you must remove the plugin from all websites and destroy all copies.

Warranty & Liability

The plugin is provided “AS IS”. Licensor disclaims all warranties except as required by law. In no event shall Licensor be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the license.

Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Slovakia (European Union). Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Slovakia (European Union).

By downloading, installing, or using Ajax Search Pro, you confirm that you have read and agree to this License Agreement.
